Enrolment

Please contact us by email at info@ianmcmonaglepartnership.com to register your desire to enrol upon any of our events. On receipt we shall confirm your place on the event and schedule a telephone meeting to discuss your interests and needs and answer any questions.

Any concerns or questions that you may have will be thoughtfully considered.

The course director will, during the pre-course conversation, determine whether the programme is suitable for the candidate and decide if they are suitably experienced to take part. This decision will be in the best interests of the candidate.

Payment and Grace Period

Upon receipt of your application for enrolment we offer you a grace period of fourteen days where you have the right to cancel your application without incurring any expense for the programme for which you applied. Any monies paid in advance would be reimbursed within fourteen days.

All you need to do is to email us at info@ianmcmonaglepartnership.com to inform us.

Payment for the programme is due within thirty days of the date of our invoice, which is sent to you directly after the programme has been completed.

Complaints Procedure

Our initial conversation attempts to discover how we can best understand how we can serve your interests and needs and we want to ensure that you fully enjoy and value the programme. We will also inform you of the complaints procedure available to you if you should want to make a complaint. If you have any complaints about any aspects of the event or its administration, this should in the first instance be directed to us, at complaints@ianmcmonaglepartnership.com and we will of course do my best to resolve any complaint. Your complaint will be acknowledged by email within one week. If your complaint requires longer consideration to offer a fuller explanation to you, we will keep you informed for any reason for delay and a clear indication of the date when we expect to reach a conclusion.

If you are not satisfied that your complaint has been resolved to your satisfaction we ask you to contact an independent person Mr Ray Winters (contact details would be provided upon request).
He is an independent person who will consider your complaint and whose judgement and verdict will be binding upon our company, without infringing your rights to seek any other form of redress in any way that you wish to pursue. We would enact the binding judgement of the independent person promptly, including taking measures to change any procedures processes or behaviours that gave rise to the complaint.

Any complaint is treated with the utmost discretion and is confidential.

Any complaint will be recorded in a client file and kept for nine years.

For these events offered to our corporate clients, the complaints procedure is the same and is in addition to contractual agreements between Ian McMonagle Partnership and the company. The corporate client company may have their own enrolment process, however each participant will have access to the named course director from Ian McMonagle Partnership for a pre-course conversation. The corporate client company's payment arrangements are contractually agreed between Ian McMonagle Partnership and the company.
